CollegePath LA is authorized to accept tax-deductible donations through its fiscal sponsor, Community Partners, a Los Angeles nonprofit organization under section 501(c)3 of the Internal Revenue Service code. By extending fiscal sponsorship to new projects, Community Partners allows them to operate under the auspices of a tax-exempt public charity.
